Bioflex Laser

Unlike most pharmaceutical solutions and other therapeutic options, laser therapy is non-toxic, non-invasive and in over one million individual treatments, no significant adverse effects have been noted.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive, out-patient alternative to surgery for those suffering from many bone, joint and tendon disorders. ESWT (Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy) sends acoustic shock waves into bone or soft tissue, in effect, reinjuring the area on a cellular level and breaking up scarring that has penetrated tendons and ligaments.

Graston Technique

Using a cross-friction massage, which involves brushing or rubbing against the grain of the scar tissue, the practitioner re-introduces small amounts of trauma to the affected area. In some cases, this process temporarily causes inflammation in the area, which in turn increases the rate and amount of blood flow in and around the area. The theory is that this process helps initiate and promote the healing process of the affected soft tissues.

Reflexology

Reflexology involves a focused pressure massage on the feet or hands or face. There are reflexes on the hands and feet that mirror the organs and glands of the entire body. Using a focused pressure on these reflexes helps to bring these organs and glands back into balance or homeostasis.

K-Taping

K-Taping is a holistic, non-pharmaceutical therapy, effective in the management of signs and symptoms in a range of clinical conditions. It supports almost the entire spectrum of physiotherapy treatments, offering therapists a multitude of new treatment possibilities, including but not limited to, low back or neck pain; muscle tension; joint instabilities; disc problems; migraines; tinnitus; menstrual pain; and some urinary disorders. Its use has also been established in competitive and professional sport for injury prevention, treatment, and pre-training preparation.
