ALL COVID PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS TO MAKE IT A SAFE ENVIRNOMENT FOR TREATMENT PLEASE HELP US WITH YOUR PART.

PLEASE ANSWER ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS HONESTLY AND TRUTHFULLY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS CALL AND CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Appointment Booking Steps:

  1. Patient will be screened when they call to book an appointment.
  2. Patient is required to wear a mask when they enter the clinic and immediately sanitize hands. If they forget a mask they can purchase at a cost of $1.00 per mask.
  3. Patients will be emailed a COVID screening questionnaire 4 hours before their scheduled appointment to be completed. A screening questionnaire will also be provided upon entering the clinic if the online form has not been completed. This questionnaire will be completed at each visit.
  4. Only patients are to come into the clinic except for a parent with a child or a patient with a care giver.
  5. Any person entering the clinic will follow the same protocols as the patient even if they are not being treated.
  6. Patient will be taken as quickly as possible to the treatment room.
  7. Practitioners will be wearing a face mask and following proper handwashing and sanitation protocols.
  8. All common areas and treatment rooms are sanitized on a continuous basis with hospital grade cleaners.
  9. Social distancing will be practiced within the clinic and to the best of our ability in the treatment rooms.

Please note that there will be a “new normal” for everyone. For the safe return of all patients and practitioners we are very strict at enforcing the new procedures and protocols. Your patience and support are greatly appreciated during this transition period.
